Strategic Plan
Mission
Each November, the Board of Directors holds a four-hour retreat where they review the work of the Organization over the past year against the current Strategic Plan. Goals for the Board and each of the five Committees are created and workplans are developed for the upcoming year. The workplans outline action steps to achieve each goal including champions for each project, deadline dates, and budgets to create accountability.
About Main Street Port Clinton
The Main Street Port Clinton is a 501C3 non-profit organization started by residents of the community who were interested in the preservation and revitalization of downtown Historic Port Clinton.
